Welcome to the Webroot Community,
The items in the start menu are important.. do not disable either. What they do is check for any updates to WSA and the browser extensions. Looks like you are running Windows 10?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
As Sherry has scorrectly stated these entries are important in tems of making sure that the Webroot Extensions are working properly and as such should not be changed in anyway or removed if yo want the product and protection to work as it should.
