Not a question.....just a comment. Why is it that Webroot doesn't let you opt out of the automatic

Just cant believe that this COMPANY doesnt offer a way to disable the automatic renewal when you purchase their product. That I have to take further action to disable my renewal is not acceptable. I will not recommend this product until they do away with this obvious bait and switch as you purchase.

Hello okm,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Well I was able to opt out of my renewal. This may not be convient for you ,, but you can submit a new idea in the Feature Request  and this will get looked at.

Although it is the most convenient option, we understand that some customers may not want to take advantage of the automatic renewal service.  To disable the service for your subscription, just click here and fill out the form.

Hope this helps?

Hello okm,

Sorry to hear that you were having issues. Is this now corrected by Webroot Tech Support? Because they are able to correct this for you .

If you have problems with your subscription maybe ? can help you from the back office?

You can just submit a ticket online to have the autorenew turned off, if you don't want to wait on hold.
