Not all my covered computers are showing up in my console, what is wrong.

    Hello bettyc,
     
    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    Can you do a couple of scans and wait about an hour to see if shows up on the Online Console if not then please
    Submit a Support Ticket and they will get it sorted for you! This is a free service with an a Webroot subscription.
     
    Just a note to let you know that IOS/iphones & ipads will not show in the online Account Console.
