notification pop ups on microsoft 10

After 2 months of no notifications from microsoft, they started to pop up again today.  I just checked my antivirus on webroot and it is of course on.  I am beginning to think that microsoft does not want people who have windows 10 to use another antivirus other than microsoft.  Sorry microsoft but I am sticking with webroot.

Hello can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA!

Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue and it only takes a few minutes and in the end you should have version 9.0.10.19 installed see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Announcements-and-Release-Notes/PC-Agent-release-notes-for-Version-9-0-10-19-Released-July-5th/m-p/259936

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
