offline installer

? i don't think you will be able to run a full offline copy from WSA as part of it's strength is that it's a cloud based app so how will you use those features if that machine's never online?
Do you happen to have other computers at home that are linked to the internet? If so why not connect this one to the net too unless there's a really good reason for it.

You need an internet connection to install Webroot SecureAnywhere. Since it is a cloud-based solution there are no signature database updates to install.
