Yes please drop us a email or call. If the client isnt removing an infection its normally not a good thing.

Yes, Support will help.  If the WSA software itself is dirctly advising you to contact Support, please do so by submitting a Trouble Ticket.  Please do not run another scan, change any WSA settings or clear your stats unless directed to do so by Support: they may need the data as it currently is in order to assist you further.
