paid for and loaded but says my subscription expired....why and what do i need to do?
same as subject,, how do i know i am activated by webroot when says subscription expired
+6? where does it say that.. Is your webroot client having a different color? Did you check the online console yet if it's any different there? I'd say talk to support thru a ticket somehow.
