can someone help me, after uninstalling webroot my phone now has a password and i didnt even create a password in my phone. now i cant use my phone anymore and i cant do hard reset coz everytime i do it the screen is distorted.

Can you tell me what password you are referring to? Is it the password pin to your device or is it Webroot's password?
Have you completely uninstalled Webroot?
Please read this Android User Guide to try to unlock your device from the Online Account Console.
Also while you are in the Account console deactivate your phone.
If this does not help then my advice would be to try to do another hard reset on the device or get your cell phone provider to assist.
