All has been great for years. This morning I went to change my manager password and when i logged back in all my passwords and site names were ascii characters. Then when i logged into online password page (webroot site) and going to password tab, the top of the page going down say 1/4 was all greyed out. Not even the right side navigation is clickable. This the same is Chrome and firefox. Nothing could be clicked. None of my saved passwords log me in or show going to any website.

I sent in a ticket on this also, yet wanted to write here also to hopefully push this some as this is a huge issue.

Thanks

Thanks Sherry.

Seems to be effecting everyone on my manager setup. Wife sees on her end same ascii charcters for all folders with nothing residing in them.  Hopefully they can figure this out in soon.

Sure thing...sorry to hear this though...

Have you thought of calling Webroot Support to get to the bottom of this? You'd have to wait on hold abit. But they could get to this sooner?
