My question is do I have to purchase extra password manager and thePhotos

Not sure I completely understand the question but with regard to the purchase of the 'extra Password Manager' the answer is the Password Manager comes as a standard feature on 2 of the 4 WSA versions. It is part of Internet Security Plus & Complete versions but is not part of the AntiVirus or AntiVirus for Gamers versions.
If you check out this Webroot product comparison page you will see what I mean. So you will get it depending on which version you have purchased but you can get it by upgrading to one of the versions that have it as a feature (please visit this site if you would like to do that).
As to the part of the question related to 'thePhotos' I am not sure what yo are referring to so please provide some clarification/additional detail as to precisely what this relates to.
