Since you are posting this in the "Antivirus" thread I am assuming that is the version you have. Unfortunately, this version does not have the Password Manager. But yes, you can upgrade to the "Internet Security Plus" or "Complete" version of Webroot to attain this feature. Please follow this link to view your upgrade options.
