Hi good day
i downloaded web root secure anywhere from my local banking website installed it quickly,
running a scan it picked up potential threats that it removed.
after the scan was completed it prompted for a restart wich i did and now my Operating system does not load correctly.
i have tried starting "Normal"
"Safemode"
just letting it run its course but it keeps on restarting, there is a windows repair option that also do not work.
any sugestions here?

Sorry to hear about your troubles.
My best suggestion is that you contact your bank, initially, to see what they recommend and if that fails then I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket to advise the Webroot Suppor Team of the issue and see if they can assist. I am not sure if they will cover versions downloaded from banks but it is always worth trying to see if they will.

+36Until I hear otherwise I would suggest that you have installed an unofficial version of Webroot. I also would suggest trying a System Restore prior to this installation, or follow Baldrick's Support Ticket option.
