Yesterday, I added a PC to an existing subscription. I installed Webroot software, ran a scan, and my PC is not shown as protected on the security page. I researched this issue online and on forums which suggested that I uninstall software because it might be a corrupted download, then reinstall. However, the Webrot software is not shown in programs on the control panel. The icon is on my desktop and seems to scan, but shouldn't it also appear in my programs installed listing?
