PC not showing up in online account

I have 3 pc protected by a single keycode. In the online account under 'manage keycodes' it shows 3 devices (pc) protected. But none of the pc show up in the PC Security tab. Any help?

    Can you do a couple of scans and wait about an hour to see if shows up on the Online Console if not then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will get it sorted for you!
