pictures in facebook is not uploading
Does it have to do with Webroot that my pictures on my page will not upload?

To be honest there may be a number of causes to this issue. I take it that you have run scans with WSA and there have been no issues reported?
Also have you tried accessing Facebook using more than one browser and if so is the issue the same with all browsers or just one in particular?
Please advise as to which version of WSA you are running and also operating system, etc. Without answers to the above it is difficult to advise further as to what may be the cause.
Alternatively you could Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to take a look atthe issue for you. The service is free for users with an active subscription.
