Please help me find the security number to activate me so I can use the password ap

    Hi Sueqi, Welcome to the Community. If you have an actual CD, the key code should be on the case; if you purchased a keycode online, I suspect that it was included in your order confirmation.

    Please go to your online Account Console and then in the lower rightclick can't log in.
