please quit popping up that windows 10 compatibility message!!!!!!! (Win 7)
I actually registered (over 9 years Webroot customer) to complain about this. It's intrusive, annoying, and totally unnecessary. This is my desktop and workspace, not your billboard. I was not waiting for AV compatibility news to "upgrade" to Windows 10. It shows up every day or two. Please remove it. it has nothing to do with the status or safety of my system.

There was a discussion about this a few days ago, and my understanding is that this 'message' is due to be turned off within a few days. If you are still seeing this pop up a few days from now, Monday or Tuesday, please let us know or submit a Trouble Ticket
As such a long time Webroot user, you know that once in a while Webroot activates such messaging, but it is rare, and I can assure you that you were not the only one annoyed by this particular message.

+56That should be off by now. I'd say do a fresh install real quick to see if that solves it. If not please contact support so they can know it's still happening and get it fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience!
+56So we looked up your keycode in our system and it's not currently being sent the Windows 10 message. The agent does cache those messages however, so it appears to be stuck continuning to show it to you. If you reboot your machine then that should refresh and stop showing it to you. If it's still happening then the agent isn't communicating correctly with our servers and in that case we can have support investigate further.
