Can't get on to PokerStars. Need advice on settings for Webroot SecureAnywhere

You are referring to the PokerStars, right? Well, I have just tried to access the site and have gotten on with no issue whatsoever.
As such would you be able to advise as to what exactly you are seeing when you try to access the site and cannot? Are there any messages or unexpected webpages being displayed...a bit more information would be of help to us in trying to assist you.
