pop up renew notice

How do I get the renew notice to stop popping up every time I log on. I renewed already!!!

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    Sorry you are experiencing this issue.
     
    Would you please try the following to see if this will stop the popups?
     
    Open WSA
    Click the gear tool next to My Account
    Re-enter your same key code in the white box
    Click Activate
    REBOOT the computer.
     
    See if that helps!
