i get this sofware because i have a lot of pop ups and i put it on my pc all ready and still have the same problem

Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum,

Would you be able to tell us what sort of pop ups you are getting? Advertising popups?

What browser are you using and can use reset your browser and check your extensions and disable ones that aren't familiar to you. Also go into the Control Panel and uninstall any unknown programs such as coupons, etc

Below here is some help with these issues it's best to install an Ad Blocker for your Browsers:

For Internet Explorer Del Ad 15 day trial: http://www.delad.com/en/

So I would suggest to use one of the other Browsers as the Ad Blockers are free.
