I have a pop up that says Webroot is turned off, but when I go to security it says it is turned on.  How do I know which is correct?

        To add to Sherry's post, this issue typically only occurs because you're running an older version of SecureAnywhere.

        Try using the following page from our user guides and see if there is an update available. If there is, make sure it is able to complete successfully and then reboot your system.
