Possible false positive?
I was just downloading old-school EverQuest through Steam and during the download I got a warning that eqvoiceservice.exe is a Trojan. It seems unlikely to me. Is this the place to report that?

You have a couple of options here; you can either
i. Open a Support Ticket to notify the Support Team and ask them to review the file in question or
ii. you can submit the file itself via this web page for review by Webroot explaining that you believe that it is a false positive
Either way the information should get to them and then they should whitelist the file if you view is correct and that it is indeed a False Positive.
