Possible malware installed
I continue to get an error message when opening microsoft edge browser. error code 0x80040204. I ran several scan and webroot is not detecting anything. Any idea what is going on?

While you are waiting for Support you could do a System File check (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833)
To Run Windows system files integrity scanner
Click start,all programs,accessories.
RIght click command prompt and select run as adminstrator
Type sfc /SCANNOW and press enter
