I received a message this morning from MS saying that I had spyware/adware on my computer and to call a toll free number to help me in removing the threat.  I ran a Webroot scan for walmare and found 1 threat which was removed.  Doe webroot search for spyware/adware as well as malware?

Please DONT call that toll free number. It is most likely a hoax!
Webroot doesn't get all spware/adware and you would need to install a spyware adware to your Computer.

Here is a Webroot user guide to learn more about what functions we have in WSA.

If you think you have Malware let us know and we can give you intructions to check your computer out.

Have a nice day,
