Problem scanning
Lately, when I start a scan, the Webroot box appears. I press "Start Scan" and either nothing happens or the scan ends in one second. If I try three or four times, I get a complete scan. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a way I can fix it? Should I re-install Webroot? My o.s. is Windows 10. Thanks in advance for any replies.
