If WSA is already installed then all you need to do to activate it is as follows:

If you are having trouble whilst running the installer, i.e., WSA is not yet on your system then I would cancel the instal, reboot and then try the installer agian; you should be asked for your 20 character keycode as one of the very first actions of the installer running.

That is a screenshot that is some 2 years old on my system before I speeded it up...the current scan duration is showing 1m 52s...but thanks for the concern...;)
