product installation
I made the upgrade purchase, but when I click on the "download to pc" button it just takes me to a screen that prompts me to scan again. I scan again and it prompts me to purchase the product again....this is frustrating.

When you say you made an "upgrade purchase" can I infer from that you already had WSA installed and that you had the Antivirus version but you have purchased a subscription for one of the other versions?
