Question. When I renew my membership is there anything I have to download on my computer?

It all depends on how you renewed your subscription. If you renew through Webroot or Best Buy/GeekSquad then you shouldn't have to do anything. If you purchase a totally new subscription from a retailer or online, then you will get a new key code and that new code will need to be entered into your existing WSA PC console. If you enter a new key code before your old subscription is expired you will lose any remaining days.
 
If you would like, support can add your new key code to your current key code (so you won't need to wait or lose any days). Just fill out a support ticket and include both key codes, being sure to tell them which one is the new key code and which one is your current key code.
 
If you want to wait and add a new key code yourself when your current subscription expires, please do the following.
 
 
Open WSA PC interface. Click on gear next to My Account, enter key code and click Activate.

Thanks. I have been paying twice I think. Once through webroot for 3 computers & once (a smaller amount) through Best Buy.
Best Buy told me to drop them & just go through Webroot which includes everything.

That is what I would recommend as well, that way if you do encounter any issues you will be covered by Webroot's most excellent support staff, free of charge, and will not have to contact BB/GS first. :)
