Hi folks,
I got the message in the subject line.  WSA seemed to be stuck trying to remove the "Threat" just stayed queued for a long time. Tried a scan which just sat and did not proceed.  Rebboted and scanned again proceeded to end and "no threat found".  Any ideas on what happened.  Am I ok or still need to worry about infection?  I started a support ticket, but I've found the folks on this board respond more quickly.
thanks

Hello markb,

I have found little information about this. And what I have found doesn't sound good.

The best thing to do is to Open a Support Ticketand ask Webroot Support to take a look for you.  Which you have already done right?

Sorry I coudn't of been more help.

Thanks Sherri, support replied that the program sometimes freezes. As long as it says there are no active threats after scanning, which it does, I should be ok. I rebooted and it was able to scan ok.
