Hello there,
I have a Webroot Security Anywhere CD. I am trying to install it but when it asks for the keycode and I enter it, it seems like it is not recognizing it.
What is the problem? I just peel the plastic to see the keycode, I entered it but it doesn't work.
Can anybody help me?

the keycode is the 20 digit combination of letters. You may want to call Best Buy Geek Squad and let them know you are having problems with the keycode,

Apologies for moving your post but you had posted in the Features Exchange which is not the best place if you want maximum coverage. ;)
The keycode that you should be keying in shoudl be in the following format: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX , which is case sensitive so it is best to copy/paste it from the email that you should have received on registration. If however you have purchased the Best Buy version then it shuold be on your receipt if I recall correctly.
