Real X Updates are available
How do I get updates installed on my computer that are available?
Hello there, welcome to the Community!
I assume that up to now you have had no issues running that software in the past, but WSA is blocking and quarantining updates to the software. Please make sure you are downloading only directly from the software provider. Often 3rd party download sites will include other 'sponsored' installers as well. (These extras are often things no one wants, which is why WSA detects and blocks them)
If you are still not able to download and install the updates directly from the provider, please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look and whitelist any files that need be.

Thank you so much for the information. You are ccorrect I have had no problem with the software. I just noticed that I had a message that real X updates were available for my system but had not been installe. Which caused me to wonder if I needed to buy the updates which I feel I shouldn't have to.
