Hi kellybobe

Welcome to the Communit Forums.

If you are sure that WSA is no longer installed on your system then the reinstall instructions are as follows:

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for the installation to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
If for some reason you find that WSA popups or the installer won't run then it is possible that WSA is still installed/aprtially installed on your system. If so then check under Add or Remove Programs and if you find an entry highlight it and then click uninstall. If there is no entry then please see the information in this KB Article that helps when there is no Control Panel entry.

And if you have any further issues or questions then please post back here for more assistance.

Regards, Baldrick
