Received a warning about my computer being infected. Told to call 1-855-707-6272.
All of a sudden my screen froze and a voice came on informing me that there was now a virus and malware installed on my computer. Call 1-855-707-6272 for help. This is not a microsoft number and WebRoot did not detect anything. I ran a full scan and did a complete recovery. What else do I need to do?

THIS IS A SCAM!! Neither Microsoft nor any other company sends emails, pop ups, or phone calls of any kind advising that you may have a problem. You should be good after a recovery.
If you clicked anything links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any web sites please submit a Trouble Ticket ASAP. (Now would be a good idea....)

Im assuming this happened with your browser open while browsing. It is actaully a common scam, when you call that number they try to convince you to let them into your system "hence they are not in it", that is why the scan came up clean.
I would still contact Webroot support just to be sure.
