received computer back after installing security, now no sound
I received our computer back after installing webroot, and now I do not have audio.
I have checked the basic settings, anfd cannot see anthing on mute, any non typical settings I should look at?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I very much doubt that it has anythingto do with WSA but just to be sure trying shutting down protection and seeing if that causes the sound to return.
To do that right click on the notification tray icon for WSA and select 'Shutdown protection' from the context menu displayed. Answer OK to the confimation message and then enter the CAPTCHA characters requested to complete the shutdown of protection.
Check your sound now and whether it comes back or not re-enable protection by double clicking the WSA desktop icon.
Then come back here to advise as to your findings.
