received email from DataCorp Inc in MN, have been told this is malware, but webroot is not showing
webroot not showing the above as a threat, yet i have been told and seen online many warnings. is webroot not picking this up? and how do we get rid of it if need be

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you have received an email from this company and been advised to steer clear of it then I just would. WSA itself does not provide anto spam protection although it will scan any urls for potential malicious intent and of course should the email have a payload then WSA should trap that as and when it tries to execute, etc.
Just ignore the email and do not respond to any further solicitation from "DataCorp Inc in MN".
