red banner.

hey there,  does anyone know how i can get rid of the red banner that states, expiring renew now. It' s on the bottom of my webroot home page on my cellphone. yesterday I renewed my subscription for my 5 device complete plan. All my computers, laptop ect automatically reset with the new subscription. except my cell. I checked my  console that shows all my covered devices, they are all protected and renewed. it even says my cell has been renewed. but it has a yellow fix it banner and my cell itself has a red banner. this is the first time i've renewed, so I'm not sure if I should just leave it alone. the red banner says i have 15 days left and to renew, but i renewed yesterday, so i thought that red flag would go away when all my devices reset. I even tried the Force License check option. has anyone ever had this issue? by the way, when i renewed for another yr, my key code remained the same.

    Welcome to the Webroot Community.
     
    Sometimes it can take a bit for all devices to update.
     
    One thing you can try that has worked for me.
     
    Open Webroot app on phone, press menu on phone and choose General Settings from Webroot menu.
    Then choose Support Options, then choose Force License Check.
    This should update your phone.
    If it does not, please uninstall/ re-install the app and enter your current keycode.
    This should get you updated. After you reinstall you can do the Force License Check to update your console.
