Red Explanation point within Webroot symbol

My Webroot is messing up this morning too,  It is not opening my anywhere folder and the analyzer is not completing it's task.
Wonder if Webroot servers are having an issue this morning?

I was having problems with error codes this morning as well. Go to Ask a question and type in ' error codes '. This will give a list of error codes that may occur. Your code may be listed. It instructed me to restart my pc twice and then reopen Webroot. This did fix my issue. Good Luck!

The red sysmbol means that one or more critical items require your intervention. Your Webroot needs to be activated. Here is the PC User Guide for Symbol color changes and how to get Started EDIT: Are you able to check the Quarantine? Do you have any threats?

No issues with any of the servers and everything is running as it should be from what I can see. Remember we are cloud based so we are not fixed to one server.
