Hi there how long does webroot support answer to my suppport message? I been trying to get a refund last may 12 and I still have no answer.

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you re-open your ticket, it will send your request back to the bottom of the Que.

I've had our Team process the refund, you should see the funds reflect in your PayPal balance.
