remove threat
Webroot says I have a threat but when I hit remove nothing happens. There is a red star in front of virus name

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would you check whether anything has been moved to Quarantine? To do that click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab, and on the panel displayed as a result click on the 'Quarantine' tabe. If there is anything recorded there in you have the choice of either removing the item permanently, restoringthe item (if you believe it is safe) or doing notihiing, i.e., leaving the item there where it can do no harm.
