Removed Adobe Reader. Not being able to update. Advice was to remove previous version and then
download newer version. My Webroot or IE will not let me download new version. Any advice?? Thank you.

Where exactly are you tryig to download from? The official Dobe website or a 3rd party site? If the latter then please switch to the former as it is safer aand you should have less trouble. Then, just download the installer rather than running it online. Once downloaded locate it and then run from your system...and let us know if you run into any impediments, etc.
