I currently have Webroot Secure Anywhere as my antivirus software and it expires in 6 days. I have  purchased a new one from the store....do I have to let the old one expire before I can install the new one?

Hello Blackluv36,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

I would wait for the remaining days left before your old version expires. If you add a new keycode then you will loose those 6 days. It's up to you though if you want to go ahead and install your new Webroot with that keycode. With 6 days left on the old keycode they would expire because the switch to a new keycode.

Is this Webroot version the same version you are replacing? Because if you have Webroot Internet Security Plus or WSA Complete you would need to contact Support to transfer your passwords to your new keycode. And if this is the case then you could ask Support to add your remaining days to your new keycode and see what they say.

Hope this helps and if not please do get back to us.

Kind Regards,
