I'm looking at my bank statement and my address is the same as I submitted on my renewal request.  However, I did move in November.  Anyway, I just want to renew and WebRoot won't take it.  HELP!

This whole thing was totally my bank's fault.  I finally got everything straightened out and, WebRoot did help me with this.  Thanks for your concern - it's nice to know somebody's out there.
