I just renewed my webroot on 5/30/16, but it has not updated on my PC. What do i need to do?

Can I ask where you got it from? Would it be Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription? If so it takes over 24 hours to show up and if need be contact them: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl
