Renewed already
I've been a Webrooter for years. I typically purchase a disc from Walmart, then install. Everything goes fine, new date and all. Then why do I keep getting messages from Webroot saying "sorry to see you leave but you can still renew even tho 3 months late."

There is a chance that the software failed to correctly save your new key code. I have seen it do this here and there, and if that is what happened it is easy to fix.

- Open WSA
- Click the 'gear tool' next to My Account
- Enter your new key code in the box
- Click Activate
- REBOOT. Do not scan or do anything else, just reboot.

If I may suggest an alternative approach?...as you had a previous subcription and you have since taken out a NEW subcription, i.e., you have received a NEW keycode rather than having time added to the original keycode, then the expiry warning is most likely due to the previous keycode. Entering a new keycode does not cancel the previous keycode or negate it continuing to try to remind you to renew it.
My guess is the messages will continue for a while and then eventually stop...if that causes you a problem then I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to cancel your previous subscription/keycode.
