renewed subscription a month ago--will not renew because I changed address and internet provider

I resubcribed  to Webroot about a month ago. It will not register as I moved during the subscription year which changed both my home address and email provider.(My previous provider was Cox.com). I also tried to renew 3 times before I realized waht happened. My request is to have my account reinstated so I may register it and use it and I would llike a refund on  the two extra accounts. It would also be wise to have a phone help contact. All
this muli-screen business doesn't work for us old folks (I am 78). Thank you  Tom Gaines(retired PC helpdesk tech)

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
I would strongly recommend that you Open a Support Ticket as the Support Team are the only ones who can do what you are looking for. If you explain it to them or link them to this thread I feel certain they will do what they can to help. ;)
