Hi, just a simple matter. Webroot came up red and said my subscription had expired. So hit download and then the Red Webroot came up again. Not sure what to do I actually thought it hadn't downloaded so after looking at my installations I actually download it four time. Non-techie here. I was able to click on scan my computer and it did so. Does the Webroot turn green again or stay red? I know silly question but I'm curous. I went to my bank statement and did see my payment was taken out.

May I check thorugh whom you purchased the WSA version that you use and if you renewed through the same supplier? Also, as a result of renewing did you receive a new keycode?
Also exactly what were you downloading and where from?
