Every year I purchase a new key code when renewing my subscription. This year I did the same and I have about 23 days left on my old license. In the past, I've contacted support...given them my new key code and they would add my remaining time to the new license and it would be a seamless transaction. BTW...learned this from the you here on the boards so thanks as always! Anyway, this year they're giving me an "indifferent" attitude. They're saying that my new code is for a different type of coverage and to the best of my knowlege it is not. My current licenses is for ISC and my new code is for ISC as well...I'm looking right at the box. Any clue? They're saying they can't help b/c of this. If not then I have no choice but to let my current code expire first I guess. Then not sure what to do beyond that. Just add the new code to the portal and click "yes" to add a new console? Thanks in advance as always...
