Hey Webroot Community,
I have renewed and upgraded my license and I have successfully added two Android mobile devices and a Windows 7 PC. What is the best way to download and activate webroot secureanywhere complete for a PC running Windows 10. I have tried once using the download button, but once the software downloaded and scanned, the Windows 10 PC did not show up on my console.

Are you talking about your Online Account Console? Is Webroot installed on Windows 10 though?
Can you do a couple of scans and reboot and wait about an hour to see if shows up on the Online Console if not then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will get it sorted for you!
