I noticed this issue recently...I even reactived my key...

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
In this circumstance the issue may lie in the back office systesm that we in the Community have no access so in this case I would recommedn that you Open a Support Ticket to let the SupportTeam know and see if they can resolve the issue for you.
 
Make sure that you give them the deatails of when you first activiate your keycode, when you were requested to reactivate it agains and the detail of any message issued by WSA.
 
Hopefully they can help you get to the bottom of this.
