Rollback event

When I brought my PC out of sleep mode this AM there was a prompt that said rollback failed.
I closed and the system rebooted with no apparent problems.
The prompt didn't appear to be WSA but Im not sure.
I never had a rollback before so I presume WSA found something it thought should be changed back.
thanks.

That sounds like it's a Windows error message and not a Webroot one. Feel free to contact support and they'll be able to confirm:

Hi Tony 3

Am wondering if, if you are not on WIndows 10, whether there was an attempt to upgrade that because the PC went into sleep mode, failed and therefore a rollback was attempted but also failed.

Cannot find any informastion on why Windows would arbitarily attempt a rollback, other than for a failed upgrade.

Nearest I can figure is that somehow a Nrton AV scanner downloaded and installed with out my knowlege.
Had downloaded Real Player and it probably came with that.
Crap is deleted no harm no foul.
Thanks.
